We want you to love your GEAMIO product. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, contact us at support@geamio.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Items returned after 30 days

Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@geamio.shop.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
